Our "Cuvée des Caudalies Rosé" is a blend of Chardonnay (largely dominant at 90%) and Pinot Noir (10%). The Chardonnay is vinified in small barrels (2-8 wines) for six months. Regular stirring develops its signature roundness and elegance. The Pinot Noir spends one year in barriques (5 wines), which hones its full-bodied character.
Colour: Salmon pink. Countless fine bubbles stream to the surface, forming an airy mousse… Its nose is captivating, with nuanced fragrances of woody vanilla overlying hazelnut and toast. This aromatic palette is restored in the mouth and rounded out with the Pinot Noir's red berry aromas.

Champagne Brut Tradition is a blend of several years and several grape varieties. The 40% Pinot Noir gives it roundness, the 10% Meunier gives it vinosity and the 50% Chardonnay gives it freshness.

Our "Brut Rosé" is a blend, but its composition – 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir – is quite unusual.

This blanc de blancs is vinified entirely in oak barrels. The grapes come from vines over 50 years old.

- Selection of the best juices from old 50 years old vineyard - 10 month in oak barrel - No filtration, we used indegenious yeast. Bâtonnages in oak 2 poignettages (shake) on cellar cave. - Dosage Extra-Brut.

In champagne, we are lucky to be able to vinify either by grape varieties or by terroir. Chemin des terroirs is a representation of the diversity of the basements of the De Sousa estate. This vintage is an invitation to travel on the paths of the different terroirs of Champagne.
