This Brut Rosé is a blended rosé, but its composition is quite unique, as it is made from 92% Chardonnay and 8% Pinot Noir. The Chardonnay grapes, selected for their freshness, liveliness, energy, and finesse, come from the village of Grauves, while the Pinot Noir grapes—which contribute aromas of red berries (strawberry, raspberry)—come from the village of Aÿ.
The nose is clean and fruity (apple and red berries).
On the palate, it is both soft and crisp, displaying balance and freshness.
The fruity aromas remain subtle, making this pleasantly styled cuvée an ideal rosé champagne—perfect, for example, with a dessert featuring red berries.
